Ruler of UAE's Ras al Khaimah emirate dies (AP)

AP - Sheik Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, a ruler in the United Arab Emirates federation and one of the world's longest-reigning monarchs, died Wednesday, state media reported. He was 90.
