FILE - In this Dec. 7, 2007, file photo John Graham arrives at the federal courthouse in Rapid City, S.D. Graham is scheduled to be sentenced Monday, Jan. 24, 2011 for the 1975 slaying of Annie Mae Aquash, whose death remains synonymous with the often violent clashes during the 1970s between AIM activists and federal agents.
