Indianapolis officer charged again in fatal crash (AP)

FILE - In this Jan. 14, 2011 file photo, suspended Indianapolis police officer David Bisard, left, charged with drunken driving in a crash that killed one motorcyclist and injured two others, arrives with attorney John Kautzman for a court hearing at the City County Building in Indianapolis. A new prosecutor has re-filed drunken driving charges against an Indianapolis police officer who was involved in a fatal crash, and the question now is whether the charges will stick. Officer David Bisard's attorney says he will move to dismiss the new charges by the end of the month. The previous prosecutor said he dropped the charges because blood-alcohol evidence taken from Bisard probably wouldn't be allowed in court.
